Tournament of Blades!

 

 

Who will be this En'vars Champion of Blades?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Tournament will be held aboard the deck of the Steel Wrath, moored in the Lydius Harbor.  All spars will be with blunt swords and a selection of swords will be available for those competing.  Your weapons will be left with members of the City Guard before you board the Steel Wrath and may be collected upon disembarking the ship. 

 

All guests staying in the City of Lydius for the tournament may reside at the Sea Breeze Inn or you may stay aboard your ships berthed in our harbor.  Staff at the Sea Breeze Inn are always on duty to tend to your check in and accommodate your needs.  The Harbor Master will assist with the berthing of your ships and the Lydius Tarn Cots will be available to all.

 

The Lydius City Guard, City Watch, Tarnsmen patrols and Tharlarion Mounted Calvary will be on watch throughout the tournament and will escort anyone from the city that should possibly attempt to cause any disruptions.  No City Passes will be required for those participating or attending the tournament, however if you desire to remain in the City of Lydius after the completion of the tournament you are welcome to do so, please then request a City Guest Pass from the Administrator/Ubar, Trenton DeShea.

Rules:

Your caste dice will apply to all participants.

 

 

All registered participants will be sent the itinerary for the event in advance. All participants must be registered with the RWoGH, RRaMC, RSCW or City Registered Rarii, no exceptions and all must register in advance for the tournament.  If more than two warriors register from any city, that city may send along one merchant for the duration of the tournament and will be provided a space to work from in the Lydius Marketplace.

 

You may select your Gladius sparring partner in advance from the list of participants you will be sent, or you may decide at the tournament.  As participants are eliminated each will be matched with the remaining.  If there should be an odd number left, then at random any warrior who has competed and was eliminated and who is present may elect to compete in the final round.  All dice will be your caste dice, no exceptions with a dice roll of 1d/6 to determine 1st Strike and Honors.  These are friendly spars amongst Brothers demonstrating their strength and skill with the Gladius.  There will be no other challenges allowed during this tournament by any warrior for any reason.  The Harbor Bay Cafe will be catering food and drinks to the ship for all at nae charge to any for the entire event. Free woman and slaves are welcome. 

 (Slaves will be asked to exit if the room is too full.)
